The key to KPIs is keeping an eye on the headline issues and metrics. We’ve been working closely with our project in Cornwall to get the contract KPIs setup on the automated KPI summary. The initial list was really long and we found it hard to keep focus and momentum at times.
It was really useful choosing just the ‘key’ Key Performance Indicators and getting those set up and monitored for a few runs before expanding the metrics to the bigger list.
Last month the first phase metrics were cross matched successfully and we can now sit back and watch the automated stats roll in.
